TABC has changed up the counties assigned to the local offices, to see which office your permit is now assigned to visit www.tabc.state.tx.us
News:  Tabc has changed their minds about waiting for the 61st day that your 60 day sign is posted (for new on premise locations) before they will accept your application.  Since they received a lot of complaints on the change, TABC went back to the old way of being able to accept your application even though your sign has not yet been posted for 60 days.  This is a good thing, as it will cut down on the processing time it takes you to receive your permit.  :)  The change went into effect Sept. 1st, 2011.
